The Diocese of Grand Rapids is offering a Holy Hour in April in observance of National Child Abuse Prevention Awareness month. This year also marks the 20th anniversary of the Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People, a set of procedures adopted by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) in June 2002 in response to the grave issue of clergy sexual abuse in the Church in the United States.

The Holy Hour will include music, Scripture, prayer and exposition of the Blessed Sacrament.
