This part-time position provides maintenance for the parish building and grounds at our two worship locations. The position’s required skills include semi-skilled carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and other minor repair abilities. The duties include troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining plumbing, electrical, and electronic systems. Additionally, the position conducts preventative maintenance inspections and performs required preventative maintenance actions such as lubrication, cleaning, and filter changes. Grounds work may include mowing, pruning, ice and snow removal with grounds equipment including a tractor. The position requires basic knowledge and experience with rough carpentry, painting, simple plumbing, simple electrical, equipment and facility repairs. The hours are approximately 19.5 hours per week.
