We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Middle School Science Teacher to fill a 6-week paternity leave position. The successful candidate will deliver engaging science lessons to grades 6th-8th, maintain a structured and supportive classroom environment, and align instruction with Catholic values and school standards. **Full-time Middle School Science Position will become available for the 2025-2026 school year.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver daily Science lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
- Engage students in hands-on and inquiry-based learning activities.
- Create a positive classroom environment that supports student growth.
- Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Uphold the Catholic values and mission of the school in all interactions and teaching practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education
- Valid teaching certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to integrate faith and Catholic values into the classroom setting.
