- Holds an undergraduate major or a Master’s degree in English
- Current Michigan Professional Teaching Certificate in English
- Exhibits a passion for literature, writing and grammar
- Champions student growth in a Catholic school environment
- Demonstrates a commitment to lifelong learning
- Proficiency with usage and integration of technology
- AP experience preferred
- Practicing Catholic preferred
