Results from Giving Tuesday 2023
We’re excited to share that $235,301.72 was raised in our diocese on Giving Tuesday 2023! This amount includes funds raised through the diocesan giving website and funds raised by parishes, schools, and ministries that held their own separate Giving Tuesday campaigns and shared their totals with us. Thank you for your generosity!
In addition, $10,000 in challenge grants will be awarded to parishes, schools, and ministries by the Catholic Foundation of West Michigan. Congratulations to this year’s challenge grant recipients!

Each year since we began participating in Giving Tuesday in 2017, the response of Catholics in our diocese to #GiveCatholicWM on Giving Tuesday has been exciting to witness. Thank you for your support of our diocese’s parishes, schools, and ministries, and for sharing the gifts of your time, talent, and treasure all year through!
Results from Giving Tuesday 2022
On Giving Tuesday 2022, $145,217.62 was raised in our diocese including funds raised through the diocesan website as well as those raised by parishes, schools, and ministries that held their own separate Giving Tuesday campaigns and shared their totals with us. In addition, $10,000 in challenge grants were awarded to parishes, schools, and ministries by the Catholic Foundation of West Michigan.
Of the amount above, $59,337.62 was raised through the diocesan website from 354 donors – a marked increase this year in both donations and number of participants over 2021. Last year, $31,914 was raised from 154 donors. Our Catholic community in West Michigan rocks! Thank you for your generosity!
