SymptoPro is a sympto-thermal method of NFP. This 3-part class meets on August 29, September 12, and September 26, 2022
This 3-session SymptoPro class provides sympto-thermal natural family planning (NFP) instruction that can be applied to avoid or achieve pregnancy at any stage of a women’s reproductive lifespan. It can be applied
in typical and irregular cycles
postpartum and breastfeeding
approaching menopause
Class will be held on August 29, September 12, and September 26, 2022 from 5:30pm-7:30pm.
All 3 sessions are required.
Couple participation is encouraged.
Please plan to schedule time immediately before or after the second and third sessions for individual chart review with the instructor.
Cost is $195 per couple and includes
Class materials (including a basal thermometer)
At least 6 cycles of chart review and follow-up
Lifetime unlimited phone and email consultation
