Usually a holy day of obligation in the Church year, because the Solemnity of Mary, Holy Mother of God falls on a Saturday this year, it is not a holy day of obligation – https://www.usccb.org/beliefs-and-teachings/what-we-believe/canon-law/complementary-norms/canon-1246. Catholics are still encouraged to attend Mass because of its importance to our life in Christ.
