Peregrinación y Misa de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe-Our Lady of Guadalupe Procession and Mass

El 12 de diciembre fue la fiesta de Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe. Nuestra Señora envió a San Juan Diego con flores milagrosas en su manto para decirle al obispo que construyera una iglesia donde la gente pudiera recibir a su Hijo y su amoroso y tierno cuidado.

Únase a una peregrinación para honrar a Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe el domingo, 11 de diciembre, seguida de la Santa Misa. Los peregrinos se reunirán en la Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de los Dolores en Grand Rapids a las 5 p.m. (refrescos proporcionados) y, a partir de las 6:30 p.m., se dirigirán al Santuario de San Francisco Javier y Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe en Grand Rapids (aproximadamente una milla), llegando al Santuario a las 7:30 p.m. Se rezará el rosario a lo largo del camino. Por favor, vístanse para el clima invernal y traigan su propia vela o luminaria LED para iluminar el camino durante la procesión. Después de la peregrinación, a las 8 p.m. vamos a celebrar la Santa Misa en el Santuario de San Francisco Javier y Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe. December 12 is the feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Our Lady sent St. Juan Diego with miraculous flowers in his cloak to tell the bishop to build a church where people could receive her Son and her loving, tender care. 

Join a pilgrimage to honor Our Lady of Guadalupe on Sunday, Dec. 11 followed by Mass. Pilgrims will meet at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Grand Rapids at 5 p.m. (refreshments provided) and, beginning at 6:30 p.m., process to the Shrine of St. Francis Xavier & Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Grand Rapids (approximately one mile) arriving at the Shrine by 7:30 p.m. The rosary will be prayed along the way. Please dress for winter weather and bring your own candle or LED luminary to light the way during the procession. At 8 p.m., following the pilgrimage, Mass will be celebrated at the Shrine of St. Francis & Our Lady of Guadalupe.
