Lenten Retreat: Living an Ancient Season Amid Today’s Needs

Each year we observe and live the season of Lent. Is it different each year or is there a constancy, a sameness about it (or is it both)?
In our morning of reflection, we will explore the Church’s gift of Lent to us, especially at this moment in our lives – individually and as a community. Nationally recognized author and speaker, Sr. Janet Schaeffler, OP, will be our guide as we explore some of the rich traditions and practices of Lent and how they can be practical, valuable and life-changing during these days of Lent 2023 (and beyond).
Join us in the Parish Center on Saturday, Feb. 25 from 9 a.m. -12 p.m. for this Lenten retreat. A continental breakfast begins in the Parish Center at 8:30 a.m.
