Community Work Day

Saturday, April 13, 9:30 a.m.-12 p.m., Community Workday, Lowell campus. Working alongside the Franciscan Sisters and apprentices, volunteers gain a deeper understanding of nature, the Catholic faith and God’s place in our lives. The program, inspired by St. Francis of Assisi’s philosophy and practice, includes land maintenance, harvesting,
canning produce, farm chores, and a variety of seasonal tasks. Workdays are open to individuals, families, and church and business groups. Lunch is served at noon. Child care is not available.
