Position Summary
Catholic Central Athletics is seeking a Concessions Manager to run the concessions program for home athletic events. Hours and days will vary based on athletic schedules. The Concessions Manager will report to the CC Athletic Director. This is a stipend position.
Description
The Concessions Manager will be responsible for performing, or assembling a team of reliable people to assist in performing, the following duties:
- Ordering supplies and tracking inventory
- Scheduling and training of volunteers
- Ensuring food preparation compliance
- Financial tracking in compliance with Diocesan policy
Qualifications
Candidates should possess the following skills:
- Must be organized, detail-oriented and proactive
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience with food service or concessions programs a plus
