Group Workcamp Service Week

This summer, Group Workcamp will host a service week, July 11-17 for Catholic youth and their adult leaders. Group Mission Trips offers youth home repair mission trips known as Group Workcamps. At Group Workcamps, hundreds of teens from youth groups across the country repair and transform homes while deepening their faith and building new relationships with their peers and youth leaders.

Young people participating the service week will be based at West Catholic High School in Grand Rapids. As part of preparations, Group Workcamp’s local staff director is working with Catholic Charities West Michigan and local pastors and pastoral ministers to identify local residents whose homes can be a worksite.
