St. Isidore Parish in Grand Rapids is seeking an energetic, faith-filled, part-time Faith Formation Director. This director would develop, organize and administer the Catholic formation program in this parish for children, youth and adults. This person would report directly to the Parish Priest, Msgr. Edward Hankiewicz.
The ideal candidate must be an active Roman Catholic in his or her own Catholic parish, with a degree in Theology or Religious Education. Some experience in the field would be helpful.
Also, this director would be energetic, with good communication skills, be a self-motivated and confident individual, with the capacity for working with parish staff members, as well as the formation teachers, parents and students.
The position will require someone who is open to working hours that include weekday evenings, especially Wednesdays, weekends and special events.
