St. Francis de Sales Parish is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant who can work as a team member to provide direct support for the directors and staff. Ability to work in fast-paced changing environment. Able create a nurturing, welcoming front office culture through coordinating volunteer activities and support the vision, mission, goals, and objectives of St. Francis de Sales.
• Education – 2-year associates degree, administration or similar, minor in Spanish or equivalent courses.
• Experience – Three to four years in an administrative or secretarial position.
• Knowledge and Skills – Computer software including Publisher, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Outlook, and PDS church management software, InDesign and Photoshop, organizational skills, excellent bilingual Spanish/English verbal and written communications skills.
