The Diocese of Grand Rapids is seeking an Administrative Assistant (part-time, 30 hours maximum) to provide a variety of specialized administrative support services to the Office of Faith Formation including Catechesis, Family, Youth, and Young Adult ministries. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, event coordination, and database management while creating a welcoming environment for visitors and callers.

Applicants must be knowledgeable of Catholic teaching and skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet navigation tools, and other software applications. Must have a high degree of accuracy with typing and figures, superior attention to detail, clear organization ability, and the ability to multi-task. Candidates must be able to work independently and in a team environment with a professional demeanor and have the ability to relate to a wide range of diverse cultures. Fluency in Spanish is helpful.
